Made to Order
Every ZoukAfrobeat item is produced when you order it. Most pieces are printed and quality-checked within 2–5 business days, then handed to the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on the delivery location and the products in your order, and it is always shown before you pay. Rates reflect the real cost of getting each item to you.
Because every piece is made to order and different product types can ship from different facilities, an order that mixes product types may arrive in more than one package — each with its own shipping.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your location and is shown as an estimate at checkout. As a general guide after production:
- United States: typically 3–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: typically 5–12 business days
- Rest of world: typically 10–20 business days
During holiday peaks, production and carriers can both run a little slower — order early for gifts.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Lost or Stuck Shipments
If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, contact us via the contact form with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
